Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all payments made to Padhai Likhai for education counselling, admission assistance, and course fee payments processed on behalf of universities.

By making a payment, you agree to this policy.

1. Nature of Payments – Refund Policy Padhai Likhai

Payments made to Padhai Likhai may include:

  • Counselling / service charges (our fees)
  • Course / admission / university fees collected on behalf of universities

Padhai Likhai collects course fees from students and submits those fees to the respective university on the student’s behalf after completing the enrollment process.

2. Non-Refundable Components – Refund Policy Padhai Likhai

The following amounts are strictly non-refundable:

  • Counselling and service charges of Padhai Likhai
  • Payment gateway / transaction charges
  • Any amount already transferred to the university portal

3. Refunds Related to University Fees – Refund Policy Padhai Likhai

Once the university enrolls the student and the student pays the fees:

  • Refunds (if any) will be governed only by the university’s refund policy
  • Padhai Likhai has no control over university refund timelines or decisions
  • The student must follow the university’s official refund process
  • When the university issues a refund, we transfer the amount to you after applicable deductions.

4. Eligible Refund Situations (Before University Payment)

We consider refunds only if:

  • Duplicate payment was made
  • We received your payment but enrollment was not processed from our side
  • Cancellation request is received before fees are transferred to the university

You must report such cases within 48 hours of payment.

5. Student Responsibilities

We do not accept refund requests if:

  • Incorrect or incomplete information is provided by the student
  • Fake, forged, or misleading documents are submitted at any stage of the admission process
  • The student delays the admission process from their side
  • The student changes their decision after university initiate the enrollment process.

6. Refund Processing Time

If we approve your request, we process the refund within 7–10 working days.

Payment to Padhai Likhai does not guarantee admission. Admission, eligibility, and refunds are subject to university rules and policies.
