1. Nature of Services
Padhai Likhai provides education admission guidance services including counselling, course selection assistance, and support during the admission process.
We do not provide direct educational programs or guarantee admission to any university or course.
2. Cancellation Policy
Users may request cancellation of services under the following conditions:
- Cancellation requests must be made before the admission process has been initiated
- Once the admission process has started, cancellation may not be allowed
All cancellation requests must be submitted through official communication channels such as email.
3. Refund Policy
Our general refund terms are as follows:
- Fees paid for services are non refundable in most cases
- Refunds may be considered only in genuine and exceptional circumstances
- Approval of refunds is at the sole discretion of Padhai Likhai
Any applicable refund will be processed only after review of the request and supporting details.
4. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved:
- The refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days
- The amount will be credited through the original payment method or an alternative method if required
5. Exceptions
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- Change of mind after service initiation
- Failure to meet eligibility criteria of universities
- Delays or rejection from universities
- Incomplete or incorrect information provided by the user
